Players bet as follows:
Player 1: Bets $6 on the 6 and 8 as place bets.
Player 2: Bets $5 on the pass line, and backs it up with $5.
Player 3: Bets $5 on the pass line, and backs it up with $10.
Player 4: Bets $5 on the pass line, and backs it up with $15.
